SUNSET AT SIX | Savor Cinco de Mayo Festivities at RAYA, The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel Tequila Tasting kicks off Taco Tuesdays with Acclaimed Restaurateur

Acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval, Chef de Cuisine Greg Howe and Tequila Goddess Danielle Griffin present Taco Tuesday, April 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. in RAYA at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.  A Tequila Tasting Clase, lead by Griffin, will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. and features Tequila, Mescal, and Sotol. The Taco Degustacion Menu is $65 per person, $80 with Tequila pairing and the Tequila Tasting clase is $40 per person.  Following the April event, a RAYA-style taco menu will be presented every Tuesday in the ocean-front restaurant through September and will feature a selection of $4 tacos.

“Chef Richard and I want Taco Tuesday to have a little bit of an edge and highlight the Pan-Latin Coastal Cuisine that RAYA is known for.
