NEW DESTINATION | Four Seasons latest Luxurious Resort Opens in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce an exciting addition to their portfolio in the Americas, acclaimed as New Mexico’s first AAA Five-Diamond hotel and voted among 2011’s Top 50 U.S. Destination Resorts by Travel + Leisure readers.
The newly renamed Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is located just 10 minutes outside the city in an unspoiled landscape of 57 acres (23 hectares) with views of the Rio Grande River Valley, the peaks of the Jemenez Mountains and the wilds of New Mexico.
In this intimate and relaxed 65-casita property, all the extra-spacious guest rooms include an indoor fireplace and a private patio or terrace. For dining, there’s the locally themed Terra restaurant – awarded AAA Four-Diamond status – featuring an outdoor courtyard with views of the sun setting behind the mountains. For relaxation, the spa is a spiritual and wellness retreat, combining Native American rituals with Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.
For groups, this new Four Seasons Resort features 9,733 square-feet (904 square-metres) of function space – hosting up to 200 guests in the light-filled Aspen Ballroom, with a foyer, terrace and access to Terra’s courtyard. Other venues include the intimate Sage Boardroom and the expansive Event Lawn.
